About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our guests’ experience—from offering a warm welcome at check-in to ensuring a smooth and friendly departure. Every day brings something different, but your primary responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests and creating a positive, memorable first impression.
Checking guests in and out accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
Recognizing IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
Managing reservations, room assignments, payments, and incidental authorizations.
Responding to guest questions and requests in person and over the phone.
Anticipating guest needs and providing helpful, personalized recommendations.
Resolving billing questions, service concerns, and other issues with care and good judgment.
Communicating guest requests and important information to housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel management.
Maintaining an organized front desk, accurate records, and a professional lobby environment.
Following hotel procedures related to guest privacy, safety, security, and payment processing.
Supporting other hotel operations as needed to help the property run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
Experience using a hotel property-management or reservation system is required.
A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to remain calm, patient, and helpful when addressing guest concerns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make sound decisions.
Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are helpful but not required.
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer:

We provide our team members with the training, tools, and support they need to succeed. You’ll join a welcoming workplace where teamwork is valued, hard work is recognized, and every team member plays an important role in the guest experience.

Our Commitment to Inclusion:

We welcome everyone and are committed to building an inclusive team that values different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer and consider applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Join us and become part of our hotel family.
